I replaced my 265 overdrive transmission with a different one because of a significant whine, particularly in 1st-3rd gears. Best for parts, although I needed the shifter mount so it has the original from a 635csi on it.
Good news - its Free (no sense it just sitting in my garage)
Bad news - you need to pick it up (in Boyds MD, 20841), and it whines.
Not really interested in packing it up for shipping.
