The 2 that I have have an overmolded steel bolt inside. These just accept a std bolt it seems to be inserted.
That would be different I think.

Are these possibly specific e10?

Seems these have never been used in E9

Take the 2002 ones and epoxy a stud in there and fill the top hole with some white plastic material filler not 100% original but works and looks pretty good
