White plastic cap?

Does anyone know where to find the white plastic caps that plug the acces hole to the upper door hinge bolt on the door?

I believe it comes up as NLA "ended" on RealOEM but I can't believe these would be unique to an E9.

I just destroyed two. I'm thinking that a simple thick white sticker would do the trick.
