Will TRX's fit my Bavaria?

If they work for you can have my old set for free. I used to like the look on the E24.

Regardless of whether or not they'll fit, I don't know why you'd want to make such a conversion. I took 4 original three-piece wheels off my M635CSI to the scrap yard last year, and they're as worthless on the car as they are by the pound. Last time I checked, the Michelin TRX tires were ~$500 a corner, and their performance is legendary for being complete crap. The diameter of the TRX wheels is about 16.4 inches. You could find much better looking 16 inch wheels (non-Alpina if you want to be different) and spoon on some modern rubber for a quarter of the cost.

Yes, if you are talking 390's they will fit, no clearance problems with the tires unless your Bav is slammed and you choose 245 50 390 tires.

Thanks for finally answering the question Dale! :-D

No kidding!
Anyway I traded a set of 4x100 Enkei's for these, virtually free. They are 240/45/ZR415, in incredible condition and really improve everything about the car!

Now those look great! I know the 415s are easier to fit with tires, cha ching though. Sure be nice to find a set exactly like those for summer wheels for my ratty-looking black 745 ice car (TRX 390 studded snows!!)
