Window Seal Fitment

Hi, not getting a tight fit in the middle portion of the seal between the front and rear side windows ( both sides ) would this be normal? Have already checked all the adjustments and makes no difference. My door window has a different curvature to the rear side window.

There are some interesting write-ups on the board about window adjustment, but more from a perspective of vertical alignment for the rears. If the seal on the rear quarter glass isn’t touching the door glass I suspect it has to do with the alignment of the door glass.

There are a number of good articles on that on this site. The glass has several adjustments that move the glass up, down, in & out from various points in the door.

Seems strange that the curvature of the glass is different between the front and rear side windows

Indeed. In my car the curvature between front and rear window is pure parallel. Otherwise the rubber between them would have a hard time compensating for an uneven gap.

Both glass have a slight curvature.
