I believe washer spray lines are mounted on the vertical plane of the fire wall, in the heater fan and wiper motor zone. Metal jet 'tubes' peek thru the open grates pointing at windshield.
There is no hole or provision in my hood ('70 E9) for a nozel mount. My line routing on fire wall vertical may not be factory correct, as opposed to routing under hood, but i do think spray nozzles peek thru the two open grates/grills from underneath.

Shanon, that is a feature of the 2800 only. Hole is 9 1/4" from rear edge of hood, 3 1/2" inboard of the raised feature on the hood.
