So by winter do you mean 70 degrees?

Severe OC weather conditions

Hey guys OC is no piece of cake--

You forget the devastating earthquakes we have, hi-tides, risk of tsunamis, Mountain Lions and black bears in the backyards, coyoyes that eat your small pets, being over-run with illegals on every street corner, and I almost forgot the great risk of sunburn year-round--its a jungle out here!!

And on a really serious note--for the first time I can remember in the nearly 40 years as a resident--we lost 3 skiers in the nearby mountains when they were buried in an avalanche.
