Wiper arms

Did 1974 Cs coupes come with black or chrome wiper arms , or did BMW use both . I was wondering if a coupe with black wing/bonnet grilles and black center grille should have black wiper arms.

`74 US coupes had black arms as did the 2002s.

Does this mean that BMW changed from chrome to black on these coupes in 74 on the trims on the front wings and bonnet also ? or just the wiper arms.

In my experience, 2000CS had chrome wiper arms, 71 2800CS and 72 3.0CS had stainless wiper arms.

The hood and fender 'grills' seem to be almost random, seemingly with chrome grills often on darker colors and black grills on lighter colors.
