I am sure somebody understands the wiper motor's parking mechanism and can save me time.
The symptom is that the wipers work smoothly except that in intermittent mode, or the last move of a continuous cycle (when I turn it off), it is a "tak-tak-tak" jerky motion as though it has false starts, or too little power to overcome the rubber friction...

Is it also working with the rubber blades being off the windshield?

Are you able to check if there is any play on the arms and levers?

The switch inside the motor is responsible to stop the motor at the parking position.

Sounds like the spring bars that contact the plate need cleaning, and a re-grease of the gears is in order.

Did it. Time ago
Must be pics in a thread

Great first question, with the blades retracted it works smooth every time, so it is the added friction that causes it, not intermittent contact perhaps. Weird.

Found it:

we must find the other one, the renewal of the motor itself

After spending several minutes with the forum Search function

I would assume that is the one...

I wish search engine on the forum would be better ... so many information is hard to be found.
How many of you are getting to the right topic from Google, but not directly from the forum search.
Not complaining but just looking for better solution. :)
