Wiper pivot assembly - order of fasteners

I’m about to rebuild my wiper assembly - what is the order of the nuts and washers on the post? I didn’t take a pic of them before and I’m not sure they were correct anyway. RealOEM is no help as I have more/different pieces than it lists. Here is what I have - not sure of order:

There is also another nut (currently frozen) and a small wave washer hidden under the post to provide a cushioning effect:
