Wiper relay

Later cars, or perhaps just the later 2002 had the variable functionality with a short pause between the wipes.
I have this in one of my cars, but cannot check as it is not here in CH where I am now.
Anybody know the part number, either BMW or Siemens?

I have 2 boxes in my spare parts dept.
6131 1 357 913
Siemens 1 357 904

Would this be this more sophisticated relay, or the original basic one?

Does model year with associated electric wiring matter?
