Does anybody remember which wire connects to each terminal on the rear defrost switch? I have a round defrost switch on the dash lower, but it is not hooked up. All advice appreciated-

Just a Green/Blue in and a Black to the window which then leads to Ground. Doesn't matter which terminal is used.

Were you at C&C last Saturday? Saw your coupe but didn't know it was yours.

cool thanks! I'm just putting her back together..and feared that wiring it wrong would somehow ignite the whole cabin or something!

Yes, that was me at C&C this weekend..I was drooling over the 4 other e9s there!

Oops, the `74 diagram shows a simpler switch with only two wires. The `73 and earlier is as Jerry posted.

The 12.71 version in the Blue Book however shows a Green/Blue power lead from Fuse 8, a Black lead to the window and Terminal 31 has two thinner Brown wires which come from the Hazard Relay and the Glove box light which illuminates the switch itself.

You should have hung around and introduced yourself. Wasn't that a beautiful Colorado coupe? Only one I have ever seen in that color so it figures that is was brought by Murray. That was John's Verona, my Malaga and Tom's Polaris CSL.

Apologies, was with a big group anxious to make it back to SD before the traffic backs up and the coolant starts bubbling! I will surely be back in the next few weeks, and look forward to meeting you guys!

The Colorado coupe, was absolutely fantastic! It was my first time to see this color on an E9 also, and I'm always surprised at how different the character of each car feels depending on its colour. Very 70's cool indeed....
