Wood Restoration

Coupeguy sells; see the links section above. There is a very good wood dash restorer in Ca; not cheap but It depends on your expectation with exotic choices. The name escapes me at the moment, but a web search will surely turn him up. On your side of the world, I remember a shop that that did it out of NC, I think. Might check the 2002 website is where I recall it was.

wood re-veneer

I spoke with guy at Heritage; seems very knowledgable about e9's (and Mercedes, Rolls, etc.. high-end goods), and seemed to be good folks. Understood the delamination issues with our cars, and even knew that the original finish was more satin than high sheen...In western NC mountains, and I planned a trip up with mine to do top coat only, as he has a "clean room", but haven't yet. Not cheap, but I hear he is as good as there is. Dave V. in NC

I might have lucked out with this

The owner of the body shop that painted my 2000 is a woodworker hobbyist. He is going to redo my dash and door pieces. Mine haven't delaminated only have had the finishing coat stat peeling.
