wow!

This car has been for sale since last summer & the asking price has not changed, even after the stock market crash. Recently he listed it on one site at $39k & then on Ebay, where of course, it did not sell.
 
Yes - This is a nice car. I've also seen it on that web site for some time.

The seller stating the $35,000 price being 'firm' means that while they are interested in selling - they're also being patient. Maybe they really don't want to sell but they are just testing the waters...

To me, that's fine. If the right buyer comes along - More power to 'em!
I mean that.

While I would not personally pay $35k for this car - There may be someone out there that would. If this seller finds that person - That is great.
If the seller later lowers the price (or opens it up for neogiation) - That is great too.

You just weren't FIRM enough! I think even these guys are coming to grips with the NEW economic reality.
