I have tried to order these from BMW without any luck. Is there a replacement available from the aftermarket?

I think the hose to the carb intake is the problem, it's a different ID at each end. The one to the head should be available.

funny if you dont need oem
i just did a hose on my s38 and used a normal copper pipe fitting from 3/4" reducer to 1/2" inch clamp both sides and ready to go
just get different bmw hosses and use the fitting flush
bmw of s. atlanta has everything and cheap

I don't mind buying from the states, I think the U.S. dealers are linked via computer so inventories are more easily found

BMW delivered, it took a while but the hoses arrived. Nice to know that wear and tear parts are available from BMW
