Hello esteemed members and sorry once again to pollute the blue-blood gene pool but I am looking for a few odd bits; 1976 3.0si (Bavaria-e3) trunk lid, front driver and passenger doors, left front fender-

For a 1975 2002, I'm looking for a performance carburetor, something that will fit the stock manifold but help the old toad run a little quicker.

Thanks for any pieces or leads :-)

Peter,

If you post on the 2002faq WTB section I feel you will find an answer. There is usually 1 or 2 members willing to help/have the parts you need.

Off the top of my head, I would think a weber 32/36 is a great fit....there is also 1-size larger that fits with a little modification.

HTH,

Mo

I would like to add that the 32/36 is a great carb especially if you are upgrading from stock. Once the second barrel opens up you can feel a little 'surge' in acceleration :)

I have the deck lid and fender in great shape for sure, possible the doors. For the 2002 I have both 32/36 in any of the choke type and a 38DGAS if you want to go that route

As always my contact is [email protected] and reply time depends on level of health or if I am near home.

Parts located NC but attending an Christmas Party with TS from Austin in a few days, do not know if he drove a truck out or can check fender as luggage?

Thanks

Al Taylor

Wow, Al- that would be awesome, all the crap I need in one spot- please send me a PM with prices and any additional info- Many thanks,
And thanks Mo for your help!

Al -- If you have a truck going to Peter in Austin, please let me know.

I have all doors, boot, bonnet, fenders, front panel, LH rear quarter all in NOS and most other E3 parts still available
Issue is I am located in Malaysia. If anyone is interested probably a bulk purchase with consolidated sea freight to US would make the shipping cost feasible

thanks,
eric
