WTB - adjustable steering column cover parts.

looking for padded vinyl cover under the adjustable steering column cover, similar to the one depicted here:

Secondly, I'd be interested if someone could measure the functional dimensions of the metal pedal box parts needed for the conversion. Instead of buying; I'd rather modify a standard spare I have.
It looks like it needs a welded tube, and possible a reinforcement plate? @Wladek; do you possibly still have your parts at hand to measure some dimensions?

Modification would consists of welding on the tube, long bolt+nuts + fabricating the 2 brackets, which seem to have a slight 'chicane' in them:. It also has an extra plate under the left end, towords the driver. I'm not really sure of it's function, so I may need those dimensions as well.

Dimensions are not a problem, still have all the parts for my car, just will need some time.Conversion of non-adjustable cover to custom adjustable might need more mods (additional reinforcement), because you will need to cut even bigger area than in adjustable. In non-adjustable surface of cover is flat, in adjustable surface of cover is convex, so was additional place for lever release.

It is additional reinforcement + adjustable have different mounts area.

This may be a tough find. I have one that is in such bad shape I don't have it installed. So I've been watching the FS here and have an ebay search going for a year now.
I purchased some nice door cards from KastleClassics and I saw that they pictured these underdash parts as an offering. Not sure if you'd need to supply a core frame plate. They respond to email questions so maybe reach out.

If you do and they do (or don't) please let us know.
