i am helping a friend, that has recently bought an e9, to solve this problem
you know that the refrigeration system is usually source of problems in a barn find example
this car had been stopped for 7 years, now we discover that the covers that close the coolong circuit in the admission manifolds are severely corroded, so we need a replacement, as an example to identify them here is a pic of one of this parts

the car runs the stock zeniths with the stock manifolds
those parts, the ones for front and rear manifolds, are discontinued at bmw
so if anyone has a pair in good condition and is willing to sell, please contact me through pm
