once in a while one shows up on ebay. the re-pops are mostly the '74 book ... at least the coupeking one is. i remember a few years ago, the book from ck was $100 to 125, now its $350. maybe its time for somebody in the publishing business to find a way to reprint these more affordably.

Ha ha. I emailed the UK seller and received the exact same reply - cut and paste. Not sure I understand what kind of insurance that is, but I digress. I just sent an additional question (which I asked originally): do they have multiple copies. Will let you know what I receive back.
