WTB - BMW (Nardi) Horn Button 70mm

Picked up this wheel last week and the horn button tabs on the plastic portion of the Nardi button were all but broken. Would love to find just the plastic horn button, but would also like to see what else is out there. Center bore is approximately 2 3/4" (70mm) Thanks in Advance. Would also love some info about this wheel if anybody has some. I have never seen the hub blended into the spokes like this wheel is.
