I would keep it simple and buy Weber 38/38s, they are plenty for a 3.5.

so intake mostly the rest i buy new wtr pump
have oil pump. and stuff saved from the s38

Pay close attention as the stars are aligning. @shoobie33 is modifying his B35, moving to fuel injection. His existing carbs will effectively be bolt on and jetted for the 3.5. I assume that you are both quite always out so get in touch now.
@shoobie33 - I have a period manifold going to the vapor blaster next week. You have first right of refusal. I also have a spare 1.3 computer that you can have.
