A conventional male snap + a nylon spacer or even a stack of washers will achieve the same thing.

But someone must carry the part you need - Pelican Parts, World Upholstery, Coupe King, ... ?

The rings in the carpet are available, the posts are not. I may have a few if you can’t find any.

I think I am good on the rings, not sure
I some of the posts have been damaged by being stepped on with the carpet out

Strange that the female snap rings are available left and right from various retailers and yet the male studs are almost impossible to find. The complete carpet fastener sets are available @ lakewell classic car interior Bought a couple of their sets a few years ago either through UK or German eBay. Carpet fasteners are exactly as BMW originals. Company is located in Belgium.

Good find! I can say with confidence that they are not exactly as the originals. The posts are taller on the originals. I’ll snap a pic tomorrow when I remove them.

The originals are 14.3mm tall...
