WTB: Clutch & Brake Pedals, Trim Piece, Shift Knob

A long shot, I know. I'm looking to complete my auto to manual swap so, as the title says, I'm looking for clutch and brake pedals (or just clutch pedal), the trim piece in the picture below, and any old shift knob that will fit- similar to below would be great.
The rubber trim piece is found only in A/C equipped, manul trans. E3s and goes between the radio and the shifter surround.

Such as this? I am going away from ac. Also have pedals on a 2800 I am parting out.

I have that piece you need between the radio and shifter surround. Pay me whatever you think it's worth.

Looks like you might need a longer "skirt" for that shifter too... Unless you're one of those unruly 60s guys who likes short skirts. :p
