WTB cover for diagnostic port

I’m having more work done on my 1972 CSi and I understand BMW no longer makes replacement covers for the diagnostic port pictured below. My mechanic believes these we orange. Looking for new old stock or a good aftermarket version. Any leads?

Those are 3d printed, and it does fit, color is very, very close and it works, but the 3d print lines are soooo obvious.

So I had CS werks part for a few years, but in the end I replaced it with a scavenged one from a wreck in the end.
