The Tii and CSi wheel share the same horn button anchor system and I need one.

They are the milky white screw in anchors you can see the one missing here.

Anyone have a spare one laying around?

If it has a 6 sided hexagon opening where the male part snaps in and the whole piece screws into the hole I do have one.
Send me your full name and address and I will send it to you.

Thanks, Koopman but it's a round hole that is a simple friction interface. The pieces are inserted/screwed into the horn base and the horn button simply pushes on.
@JohnP_02 , @Markos - correct me if I'm off here

There are threads on it to screw into the open hole using a hex tool. Than once the anchors are in they pressure push into the body of the horn.

They are the same as the typical “bus“ steering wheel found in 02s, e9’s and e3s.
I confirmed white threaded pieces are interchangeable. They should screw into the pad not the wheel center.

I have a horn button with three of the anchors on it. I can take one out and than have to look for one to replace it.

Hey Tyson, it is straightforward, @HB Chris is correct - they just sort of twist in. I can check my stash to see if I have any extra, but I don't think so unfortunately.

It is really kind of random how or if they pop out when the button is removed, sometimes they stay in the pad, sometimes they stay on the wheel center.

Ok this is what I have.

What happens is that the plastic receptacle on the horn pad cracks and widens. The steering wheel side is steel, and the plugs
themselves are fine.

Yea the horn pads look fine. Just missing the 3rd anchor. It holds fine with the 2 but it's a minor correction.

Harry comes through again! And has proven that the plastic studs do have a hex fitting.

Proved? You mean he changed your mind after @JMinPDX had already posted a pic. ;)

Here is a pic of mine from my 2018 wheel restoration thread:

Incidentally, I forgot but these plugs were also used on the pagoda. Please note that I can’t recall if they are a bit larger in diameter or not, but they are available to test. I know that the horn pads don’t really line up. The spacing on the mercedes’ pad is definitely larger.

Thanks @Koopman. The anchor arrived today and it works great! The two in the base did have the Allen head and the best way to get the horn base mounted is to insert them into the horn button then push them into the base. It's not threaded, just ridges on the anchors.
