Looking for a complete linkage setup for either stock or Weber DGV carbs for my M30. I'm in Vancouver, WA. Pic is from a friend used as an example. He's running Webers like I will be.

You know that the picture is not of an original set up, it is an aftermarket set up Look at Pierce manifolds

Thanks, Rick
Yeah- I couldn’t find a pic of the stock linkage. I contacted Pierce Manifolds and they replied that Weber DGV’s use stock linkage. Didn’t sound right to me, but

That kit has been around for a while. Below is an older version that I picked up, but it had exactly the same components that @3moons shows in the link he shared. The carburetor hats shown will not allow for the use of the stock air filter, for that you will need a different set.

The original BMW linkage can be used, but be careful that you don't experience the linkage rolling over center (see link below). I have not experienced any issue with the Redline/Weber/Cannon linkage.

Probably a little late to help the OP, but I am working on a dual downdraft linkage system that will replace everything above the bell crank with linkage parts customized just for the early sixes including the E3s, E9s, carbureted E12s, etc. We should have them ready for shipment around the first of the year.
Everything out there right now seems to be kludged together from generic parts and, from what I've seen, does not include the best quality components. We hope to change that with high quality parts designed just for the early Big Sixes.

I'm interested. Will this be available on 2002sonly?
