It's a 522X hub ( collapsible version ).
The Italvolanti hubs were available in various versions.

I have been in touch with Hans and appreciate his offer. It is a correct hub and will fit but I am going to be more specific in my quest for an early "exoskeleton" type meaning the wrinkle finish cast aluminum style.
