That's the face plate. Make a new metal one or find a shop that can, use that as a form and cut/mount whatever you need to do to make whatever head unit you choose work, then paint.

Just enlarge the faceplate opening to the standard DIN aperture. Do it carefully as you don't get a second chance. Nice AC radio plates are hard to get and pricey. Other than the oem faceplate, there is no other parts needed to mount a radio unit.

How do I cut it? , what kind of tools or what sort of shop does this?

Cutoff wheel, square the corners with a hacksaw or Dremel tool? Tape off the DIN opening size.

Also, suggest you make the cutout about 1/32" smaller than the exact opening, then file to size using a sharp fine metal file.
