WTB Oil breather hose (valve cover to air cleaner housing)

I can't find this part on Real OEM, can anyone tell me where to find it or some way to rig it with an otc hose? Thanks.

I have one on now, but it's missing a chunk off the end, are these available anywhere? Local autoparts store was no help.
