My project is finally starting to wind down. Unfortunately when I tried to install the rear interior trim panels I discovered that the chrome trim piece that is horizontally mounted on the panel is missing on the driver's side.

I was hoping someone on here has one for sale.

Any help is appreciated.

Reproduction

John Feng and I are exploring where we can get the trim piece remanufactured.
The trim and the "clip" piece that slides into the back of the trim and pushes through the door card. It looks like they were "brite dipped" aluminum originally and we are looking into stainless steel replacements. I just got a sample for the manufacturer to copy and with luck we may have some parts by spring 2015.

The trim parts in my coupe are not in great shape so I am looking forward to the upgrade

Rick,

i probably have one or two of these ... i will look in the garage in the next couple of days.

These things take time. I found a guy in southern California who will make them for us. Here is the rub, he will make only one size and I think it will be $40.00 per trim strip. I need to confirm the length of the longest piece and that we could cut that piece down to size for the other 2 pieces per side. That said, each buyer would need at least 4 (if the long piece cut would be enough to make the remaining 2 pieces. Also that price is predicated on a run of 100 trim pieces.
