WTB Shift knob

I recently installed a new short shift kit and can no longer use the screw on shift knob. Does anyone have a shift knob they'd like to sell that isn't screw on? Preferably black leather with BMW logo on the top or wooden would be great.

I've got a black leather one with logo at top-- in good shape that IS screw on, but the plastic shaft that does the screwing is loose and slides right out if that helps you. $25... I can have pictures by Tuesday as the car is in another state right now. Bought a walnut one that it is replacing the leather one.

alpina knob

In jabberjaw a short shift kit and dogleg 5 speed is installed and the original knobs don't fit...but the wooden alpina knob "screwed" on with some force...it looks perfect and I think I just "cut" some threads by screwing it on. Try it.

Ok. Took some pictures. To me, it looks fairly new, no real leather wear. It was on the car when I bought it. It is leather wrapped wood. The glued holding the plastic sleeve in failed and it slips right out. The wood is maybe beech or oak... at best.
