Anyone have a nice used leather boot laying around? New would be ok but not my first choice. The original one has shrunk to the point of not installing properly in its home.

Guy at a boot shop—the cowboy type—told
me he could rehydrate and repair mine. But he’s on a two-year wait to make real boots for real money, so your idea is much better. I also haven’t seen a new one I’m excited about. If you find a honey hole, I’d appreciate being next in line. Jay

I got mine from Coupeguy in CO and it is very nice and fits well.

I took my old ratty one to a cobblers in London and they re-created it for me in new leather. £25 including zipper.
