WTB shifter boot/ or pattern

I have a 2800cs 5 sp that needs a new shifter boot.
Black is OK. Not sure of fit for the ones you see on Ebay.
suggestions for vendor or ? appreciated!
Or does anyone have a pattern for a boot. I am good with a sewing machine. Mine is so dry and cracked I am not sure it would hold up to me taking it apart to use as a pattern.
I have that part of the interior apart and need to get this done also. 50 Yr old leather just gave it up.

I bought one on eBay last year from the UK company name J-F-Customs.
It is a good product. However, I see the price and shipping is much higher now. I paid $75 with shipping and is now over $100.
As Keshav posted CS Werk makes good products and their price looks competitive.
