WTB The small, about an inch long, interior trim 'clip'
This hides the seam between the forward and aft trim parts inside the car, over the side windows that cover the edges of the headliner

the little bit below the grab handle

I just found a clip but not sure it is the correct one. Will send it to John's address today. I also have the molding for the rear passenger section if you need it.

Hi Harry
Thanks!!
Not sure which rear molding, you mean the inner sills, carpet cover?

Does anyone know if these are spring clips? Trying to figure out removal technique...screwdriver underneath/whatever....Or does it just slide to its point of residence before the molding is attached; i.e., does the whole molding have to come off to get the clips off?

Hum along... Slide to the left, shimmy trim off, slide to the right....

The profile of the "clip" is the same as the trim underneath it. It's definitely not a spring clip. It's made of aluminum. While there are aluminum springs, you won't find many with this shape and expect them to spring back.

@mark99 - have you tried sanding and polishing yours, or are they missing? Yours looks like it is made of corroding whitemetal. If I had to guess, that is a pic of a 2000 CS clip. Am I right?
