Seeking used rubber for the bottom door sill pieces that probably get the most abuse on most doors. Attaching an example picture for reference.

I have brand new sets of complete door rubber, so just looking for used pieces for both sides prior to paint and replacement of everything. Mine are both ripped and torn and falling apart, so a used set for the sills would tide me over.

Maybe someone has replaced their door rubber with all new pieces and hung onto their "okay" used rubber and would be willing to part with the sill pieces for a reasonable cost. - Thanks.

Bump to catch the eye of those who may have missed it.

Bueller? Anyone?

Hey Erik, Erik here.
(Sorry, couldn't resist)

There is a set here in the Netherlands available, I saw it through a local Ebay-like site. Price unknown, I can ask, willing to the middle man if needed. I'll Send you a pm with details. Consider additional ~40 usd shipping cost.

Erik, when i get home from louisiana tomorrow, i will check to see if i have one. what side are you looking for? or both? wait, if i'm not mistaken, doesn't the bottom piece start at the dash and go all the way down, across the door sill, then up to the bottom of the rear window? are you planning to splice the rubber?

if that's your thought, it might be looking for an adhesive used for architectural gasket glazing - how they join 'zipper' wall gaskets together. i think Vulkem makes a decent one.

Thanks guys, - that bottom sill piece is contiguous with the rest of the rubber, so yes, I was going to just splice that portion in if someone has one available. Noted some possible aftermarket items, but I think the real thing works the best and I don't mind using decent used pieces for both sides.
