I now have electric windows instead of manual and forgot about the door "comb" tool I think it is called, usually white. Anyone know where they are re-popping these or someone selling OEM (I doubt it but always worth the ask)?

I bought mine from a board member many years ago. I even got to use it!
Was Stan making them?

Photo please?

Regards,
Alberto
@Stan remade them a long time ago. This one was in my side pocket when I bought my car.

This is new to me, can you tell me about its use? Thanks.
It fits into the plastic gear piece which is between the motor and the window gearbox, accessible through the hole in the door panel, so you can manually raise or lower the window in the event something fails electrically. It takes about 3 days of using the tool to actually do this, but it comes in handy to get the motor turning if it gets stuck in either the full up or down position. There is no official place for it in the tool box, I keep mine alongside the large spanner wrench.

Is there much demand for them? I can make them, Have a gear manufacturer that can make them.
He has made a 3rd gear for a Colotti gearbox, and it has worked perfect (straight cut gear).

Regards, Alberto
