Also - I'd prefer to pay for the trim, but if it helps, I can trade you various parts.
I've bought my 3.0CS mostly in boxes and it came with a lot of extras, and also a few missing - such as the aforementioned trim...
If you have the trim and you want something else in return, ask me and I may have it
. Or I can send you a Flickr link to see the pics my son took of all the stuff...
