Try

carburettor hospital , essex I believe. ( Air corrector jets, is the term)

Solex fits as well but you might have to solder and redrill. Porsche 356 Solex.
About $4 US.

1 set? 1 carb? PM if that's all you need.

Main jets were either 117.5 or 120 for the 2800. the air correction jets were 80 and 100. If you don't find any I have some spares.
