There is a shop in California that several people here have used to rebuild and/or repair their gauges. I think it is called North Hollywood Speedometer. They may have the rings.
 
Yup, North Hollywood or Palo Alto Speedometer should be able to supply your needed parts or rebuild & calibrate your gauges.
