Hi,
Is there an Evaporator Duct / Plenum Adaptor to introduce the air to the cabin? (i found the attached in another post)
Does anyone have a spare Evaporator Duct / Plenum Adaptor that is fitted between the evaporator unit and the existing duct work..and or if anyone can provide some more photos and measurements to have some 3D printed?
Any help appreciated
Cheers

I recognize those photos from a deQ post. I have looked for this very part myself. Others have adapted the non-AC duct to the evaporator with acceptable results. I was sent the dimensions for this piece from aearch so it can be re-created, but in my opinion, you should be able to adapt the non-AC duct to fit. Good luck. Mike

I have given photos with dimensioning to my fellow BMW enthusiast Engineer friend who works in Solid Works on a daily basis.

I'm investigating either 3D printing, or assembly from cut flat sheets, which should be easy if I get some cut with a water jet via some CAD drawings.
If the 3D print cost is too high, I might just mold and cast the thing, it's really two parts glued together, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Please stand by......

Ian
