I think this guy is giving me a set of 15x7 Enkie 94 which I think are just like Hardy&Becks 3 piece Alpina looking wheel. They need caps and lugs.
Thanks for any input,Tim
i had the enkei 94's on my last 2002. always got compliments on the wheels. never had any issues with them. they actually are not multi-piece wheels ... just looks like it.
Thanks for the input. I haven't seen them yet but I was thinking they were 3 piece so I could repaint the centers silver? I don't care for the gold look.
Believe these Enkei 94s are 2 piece wheels and they look absolutely fantastic. They are very similiar in design and style to the 16" staggered H&B 3 piece and the Weds 2 piece rims. The only drawback to 15" rims is the lack of performance tire selections. Now too crazy about the gold centers also.
Here was a brand new set FS last year @ http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1557349
This original ultra rare Alpina 14" 3 piece rim served as the inspiration for the above wheels.
Thanks Bert
The silver ones I think look great as well! I'm hoping they are 2 piece so I can paint them.
Would tire size for 15" be 225/60/15 rear 205/60/15 fronts?
Thanks Bert

This staggered tire 15" setup would work, but the 225/60 tires are about 1/2" taller than the 205's. Too bad there are basically no 225/55 tires available as these are the exact diameter match for the 205 tires. Would suggest just staying with the 205's all around. BTW, the 205/60r15 tires are the same diameter as the original 195/70r14 setup...both are 24.7".
I went and look at the wheels and they are 2(3) piece with allen screws and very clean but with talking with this kid(about 23) who collects wheels for Honda's and said I would rather get a staggered set of rims and he said he was some where and he saw 635 alpina going to the junk yard and what caught his eye was the steering wheel and thought he take that and the shift knob because he thought they looked rare.He also took the wheels a staggered set of alpina's! So it looks like I'm going with 16"! I'm hoping he comes though because they are in a barn Northern Calif.? But like I tell my kids it NEVER hurts to ask because if you never ask you'll never know.
PS Doesn't have the wheel anymore but gave the knob for free!
