Zenith carb secondary diapragms

After a long carb rebuild, we found that my son's 72 3.0cs Zenith carbs have both vacuum secondary diapragms ripped. Right now, the car runs great on just the primaries, and certainly we are getting better if not great mileage, but with torn diapharms, the secondaries will never open up. Does anyone know a source for these? They are not included in the normal rebuild kits.

The best place would be the dismantlers. The carbs are the same for the sedan. There should be plenty to choose from second hand.

Also--you might try your local MBZ parts department--the 250 & 280 Mercedes sedans of that era were the same carbs as E-3 & E-9 BMW's--and MBZ does a very good job of supporting the early cars thay have sold.
