I purchased these Alpina wheels a few years ago and wanted to know based on the photos is it possible to tell if these are the older versions and if they are factory optioned wheels or something that would be bought from Alpina and added at a later point. They are 14x7 with a +11 offset. Also the thought has crossed my mind to possibly sell them and curious as to what fare market value would be on these.

Are you sure about the offset of 17? The alpina 14x7 is an 11mm offset.
Otherwise these very much look like orignal early Alpina wheels (with the eadditional smaller holes that later alpina wheel (sold through BMW even today) didn´t have.
If they are orignals, prices have been rising, especially in Europe. A normal, later set (without the additional holes, later casting) in good condition will go for no less than 500€. Still available new at about 1800€ per set, Alpina center caps are worth an extra.
Now if you find one of those alpina nuts (you know - the ones always argueing what all is NOT an alpina - beware, they are a real cult!) and these are original early alpinas: The sky is the limit.
If they are anything else: Just clean them up and put them on the car, this style suits the E9 very well

Offset is 11. I misread it on the wheel. Yes they are absolutely Alpina as they have Alpina stamped on the face by the lug nut on each wheel.

Another person earlier posted that the extra holes are the early version wheels. Now I am confused, do the older wheels have the extra holes or the newer wheels?

I just found out that they are stamped with a date. From the photo it looks like 1980 unless I am wrong and that is not the date.
