I just purchased a large lot of BMW magazines from the 1970's and 1980's which also included a lot of (Vintage/Classic Register) which seems to be names and contact information of all members and also ( Vintage/Classic Bulletin) which are about 10 pages each with tips and information on old BMW's. I don't intend to keep these and feel that there is a wealth of information that someone can maybe keep or scan and have for this forum. I would hate to throw them away and have these gone for good. I am willing to give them to a person that understands the value of these for free. All I ask is that you pay for the shipping costs. Please PM me if interested.

I did not put these in the classifieds as I am not selling them and feel this is a better forum for them. There is more than what I have in photo. Photo just to give an idea of materials.

If there are any e9 VINs and location I would like to enter them into our Registry.

Chris, I haven't gone through all the documents which stack over 6" tall but from the few I have gone through they seem to be focused on the V8 BMWs of the past. A lot on the 328, 502 and 507 models.

I did get in contact with Michael Mitchell and he was very interested. Another forum member has asked if he can scan the documents and I think ultimately I will let him borrow the documents to scan and then send them out to Michael Mitchell for the foundation to have in their archives. Thank you all for leading me to the right person that will preserve these documents.

Your generosity will ensure the enjoyment of BMW for the generations to come…. when all BMWs will be electric and carburetors are only seen in museums
