black door panels

guys,

the title says it all. i am looking for a set of black door panels, as i am changing the interior of my 71 2800cs from tan to black ... since i got a nice set of black scheel mann seats (thanks again Scott). i actually don't care if the black panels are the early or the late style.

i realize i could paint my existing panels, but i figure having a nice set of tan vinyl seats and matching panels is probably worth keeping together in case i decide to sell them. as i also have a spare set of rear tan panels, perhaps what i need most is a set of front panels. i do know that a new set of front panels from tomkinson would be around $786. so anybody have any in good shape that they want to sell for a reasonable price?

I've got a nice set of front and rear black door panels,
they came from a manual window car, so the front holes
for window crank may be different?

they are in Seattle, if interested, I'll take some pics.

Still available from BMW

You can get new black door panels from BMW. They're pricey but available. I wish they still had new ones in blue, I'd be all over it.

Last time I checked the new ones are not correct for a pre 74 car.
 
here's the problem ... at least i think it is ... the new panels don't have armrests, map pockets and metal trims - right? i only have tan pieces.

i don't have an original car, so i don't mind if i have different panels, as long as they match. i could live with the newer pattern as i have scheel mann front seats and will redo my rear seats to match the pattern (horizontal banding - just wider like a CSL). just havent decided if i will do it in leather ... or have Gerrit make me some covers.

I have 3 black interiors and a set of black door panels. Do you have tan front door panels for electric window motors (hole is different)
