Front Seatbelt Mounting

Begining my new project by starting to strip out the interior and I've come across a problem removing the rear window capping (wood/vinyl trim).

It seems my RHD UK spec car has a front seat belt mounting in this trim, it feels incredibly secure but for the life of my I cant see how to remove it, and thus enable me to remove the trim. Hoping you guys can shed some light, I'm sure I'm overlooking something completely obvious here.
