I am surprised there was no discussion on the relocation of it on here. Did I miss that thread?

There hasn't been an "official" relocation of Cars n Coffee and their Facebook page shows that the event as been closed.
There have been a good number of us that have been going to the unofficial event at the District in the City of Tustin, right across the street from the blimp hangars.
We have been going every Saturday and it is slowly but surely getting larger. There has been a good Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Ferrari, and classic turn out.
The event is every Saturday starting at 7:00am. There's a Panera Bakery that serves good coffee and breakfast items, they have been opening early to accommodate us.
If you're coming down the 55 from Costa Mesa take the Dyer Rd. exit and turn right. Head down Dyer/Barranca past the blimp hangars and turn left at Tustin Ranch then right at the second driveway.

I do know where it is, I just found out last Sunday. I bumped into an old racing buddy at dinner that knew of the new location.
I like the new location. It is closer to me and it looks like it has the potential to hold more cars. It would be nice if they declare it official.

What do you mean by "official"? If the Tustin gathering does become "official", how will it be better? Not picking on you, I just don't understand.

I just see being "official" as an indication of stability. Trying to chase down where it is going to be is not much fun.
Chris, I do plan to show up one of these days. Saturday is my early morning mountain bike ride time and I enjoy that too. Once I retire I will have more time for fun stuff.

The hangar picture is useless without DeQuincey's thumb for scale reference.
I have been doing Cars and Coffee on Saturdays at my place in Cupertino for years. It is only me, if I ever expand it to others it will be Cars and Coffees.
I think this beats the old record for the number of times "blimp" was used in a thread, but just in case; blimp.
His thumb is in the picture of the blimp hangar, I drew an arrow so you could find it.
To date the count is 14.
