Hello,

Someone clipped my turn signal light coming up my street. Damage really isn't worth putting through insurance unfortunately. My car is a 72. If anyone knows where I might be able to find a lens and busing I would be massively grateful.

Thanks in advance, tom

It turns out that I think I can salvage the housing after all (only the light deflector inside the unit it damaged). Still, an older lens with some 'patina' would be preferable to match the lens on the pass side. If you have one around please let me know.

Gratefully, tom

You say your name is... Tom? I hear a guy near you is hoarding all of the E9 lens!

Probably just a bogus rumor but I hear there is a huge collection of E9 parts hidden in a garage somewhere in Malibu?...

You might try contacting that guy only because he is not to far away from you.

If you were to drive there in a 356 Porsche he might be more likely to help you?;-)

I would visit the Malibu hoarder! Heard you can talk him out of anything
Watch out for dogs!

Long ago I heard about this trove in Malibu. It's been said that a map existed but as with any treasure map it was ambiguous at best. I'll look for the end of the rainbow..

Yup, the road is obscure, twisty and steep! Good luck in your quest!!
