That 'button' on this door rotates to unlock the latch, rather than being a push button. I think it is from an earlier model, as I just bought one of these from the lady selling the CS in Bethesda. My '74 (one of last hundred sold in US) has a push button (but, I don't know for sure that it was OE!).

fwiw, the dimensions are the same on the old and new door, so the buttons should be interchangeable. I am putting a new door on my '71.

I'm waiting too:

Seat belt receivers, seat locking mechanism, R & L, and one headrest if leather and beading in good (dry is OK) condition. Need price.
