Worth the risk ?

Assuming everything works out, which is a big assumption. I have never bought anything overseas sight unseen but I have in the States. Luckily everything was as advertised and it worked out here, but there was good Ebay feedback on seller, talked to shop owner that worked on car, etc. Spoke the language....LOL..there are too many variables for me on this one. Plus, not sure where you are, but there are so many CA cars still out there, better to keep searching here I would imagine with all the resources on the board etc.... Quick answer, NO.

I have always wanted to play yesman, so in that respect....Yes! buy & try to enjoy it....

But on closer inspection...a cheap classic out of Italy?...WOW if a 'normal' coupe can make a grown man cry....I don't even want to imagine what a shady tired one from Italy will do

That being said, I would say if you look at this as a complete parts car, its not so far fetched to buy.....

Too cheap

We all know that is too cheap, so perhaps a scam.
I feel that the county is irrelevant, but the price is too good to be true.
But, it is not in A1 condition so perhaps it is for real.
If anyone is interested, I think that the plate is from Modena, just down the road from Maranello.

agreed! an e9 for $3500 is stupid and would never be the actual price of one, in any condition at that!
